OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

We firmly believe:

1. In the verbal inspiration and inerrancy of the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments.

2. God is a Trinity in unity, manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

3. In Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death on the Cross, His bodily resurrection, His  ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

4. In the regeneration (the New Birth) by the Holy Spirit for the Salvation of lost and sinful mankind, through personal faith in the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

5. In a life of holiness, without which no man can see the Lord, through sanctification as a definite, yet progressive, work of grace.

6. In water baptism by immersion for believers only, which is a direct commandment of our Lord, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ), and of the Holy Spirit.

7. In the Lord's Supper.

8. That divine healing is provided for in the atonement, and is available to all. And we believe in the operation of Spiritual gifts until the second coming of Jesus Christ.

9. In the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to meet him in the air.

10. In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost: that the forever is saved unto the resurrection of life, and that the latter are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

11. GILGAL CHRISTIAN ASSEMBLY (GCA) is willing to maintain fellowship with all sound Christian believers who are contending for the love of God and the principles of Christ as revealed in the Holy Bible. However, we cannot and will not endorse or approve radical teachings with gender strife and tend to divide the body of Christ. We firmly stand against and denounce homosexuality, adultery and sexual perversion, scientific interference with natural human progeny, same-sex marriages, child marriages, pornography, gambling, drug use and partaking of intoxicants, physical abuse, Satanism, or divination in any form. 

12. In all other teachings, doctrines, principles and standards in the Holy Bible, as interpreted by the Gilgal Christian Assembly. (Gilgal Mission India)
